Very nice and clean mall. Relatively close to Crowne Plaza Hotel, makes this mall is very easy to reach by the one who stay in that Hotel. Have been going to this mall bu 3 times, very nice services. Has a foodcourt who sell variety of foods from many merchant. Has a specialty shop for geeks. Nice to visit. Like this mall very much.

This shopping complex is HUGE when you consider that besides the main mall there are various standalone surrounding outlying stores and mini malls. Being from Bergen county, this was our first visit. The warren of surrounding roads is kind of confusing for first timers, but we found our way and lucked out with a parking spot near the Cheesecake Factory entrance where we ultimately had lunch. Nice shops inside. Did a lot of browsing and made a couple purchases. We enjoyed our visit. Lot more to see so we'll be back.

The Willowbrook Mall is one of my go-to malls whenever I'm visiting New Jersey. Very clean and has a great selection of stores, boutiques and eateries. I had a custom suit made here for my birthday and dined at P.F. Chang's amongst other things. Great times!

This mall offers a fantastic shopping experience, featuring excellent stores like Macy’s and JC Penny’s. The food court provides diverse and eclectic dining options, making it a standout choice. It's not overly large, avoiding the intimidation factor of some other Jersey malls. Ample parking is available, and the surrounding area is filled with additional dining options, including Costco, BJ’s, American’s Best, and more.

Whenever I say I’m going to the mall, this is where I end up. It has a decent selection of stores and Macy’s, which is nice. The food court offers a few options, and there are some restaurants connected as well. Overall, it’s a relaxed, easygoing spot.

Willowbrook Mall was initially opened to the general public in 1969 during a time in which shopping malls were prominent in the continental United States and during a time of much political and cultural turmoil fueled by the Vietnam War and the changing landscape of rock and roll and the New Left. The mall initially opened with a Stern's Department Store and was expanded into its modern form three times. Once in 1970, another in 1984, and once more in the 1990s decade. Today, the mall thrives with over 150 stores, including numerous mall outlets such as Wetzel's Pretzels, Bath and Body Works, Steve Madden, Victoria's Secret, Carvel, and other mall staples, in addition to higher class stores such as Fogo de Chao, The Cheesecake Factory, Dave and Buster's, Michael Kors, and other prominent stores. My visit to the mall was met with a sensational entrance, as I came into the mall from the Macy's, generally surprised by the vibrant atmosphere and the presence of an alive mall that could easily make other consumers in the area surprised by just how the mall competes to other malls such as Paramus Park Mall and Bridgewater Commons for example. The mall is crowded, affordable, and the closest mall to the Troy Hills region, allowing people to experience the glories of the culture of the American Mall. My experience at the mall was pretty typical to that of others, I walked around the mall, experienced the food court, and proceeded to also take a look at other stores that were independently owned, an advantage this mall has in comparison to other area malls. This mall, is for certain an area gem and a bustling shopping mall that has managed to survive in the midst of a declining era for physical shopping, come here if you have a Sunday of shopping ahead, or want to experience malls in New Jersey.

Anytime I’m planning to hit the mall, this is the spot I end up at. There’s a nice mix of stores, the food court has some solid options, and there are a few restaurants connected too. Overall, it’s just a chill, comfortable place to hang out for a while.

I wanted to visit this mall this year and today finally made the trip. It has a large parking lot however it gets busy so you may not find parking immediately. Once inside you'll find teo level of shopping with large selection of stores and shops. It has a decent size food court with plenty of seating and several eateries to chose from. Mall is kept clean along with the restrooms. There's no fee to park so you can take your time visiting. It's close to the I80 route 46, 23 so accessibility is not an issue.if your traveling from NYC is typically less than an hour. Overall i had a nice experience here would definitely visit and reccomend anyone looking for a pleasant experience.
